We are looking for a energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Counselor to manage patient counseling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and basic clinic coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients about clinic services and treatment options.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages to drive conversions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
- Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and improve appointment conversion rates.
- Ensure a professional and positive patient experience.
