Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing customer relationships, generating sales leads, and contributing to the company's overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads and connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, distributors, and other potential customers.
- Promote the company's dental products and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and prospective orders to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer databases and update sales activities and lead status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Research market trends, customer needs,



and competitor activities.

Requirements and Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales or the healthcare, dental, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Should have their own vehicle.
