- Manage and supervise daily operations during the assigned shift.
- Allocate duties to crew members and ensure proper staff coordination.
- Monitor order preparation, food quality, packaging, and timely service.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory usage, and food wastage.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Supervise billing, cash handling, and shift sales records, as assigned.
- Complete shift opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain shift handover reports, attendance records, and operational checklists.
- Ensure all employees follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with the kitchen team and Outlet Manager to maintain smooth operations.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
