About the Role

MarXcel Solutions is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to

join our growing team. This is a lead generation-focused role, where your primary

responsibility will be to identify potential prospects, connect with them, and generate

qualified leads for the sales team.

This role does not involve direct sales or closing targets.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and generate potential leads through outbound outreach.

● Connect with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

● Qualify leads based on business requirements and potential fit.

● Schedule meetings for the sales team.

● Maintain and regularly update the CRM/database.

● Conduct market and prospect research.

● Follow up with interested prospects professionally.





● Ensure accurate and timely reporting of lead generation activities.

Requirements

● Graduation is mandatory.

● Strong communication skills in English.

● Comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction.

● Must have your own laptop/system and a stable internet connection.

● A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

● Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

● Basic understanding of B2B lead generation.

● Positive interpersonal and communication skills.

● Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

● Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, or business development is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
