About BlinkRest

BlinkRest is a restaurant technology platform helping restaurants, cafés, QSRs and cloud kitchens simplify their operations through digital menus, QR ordering, billing, Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) and restaurant management tools.

We are looking for confident, AI-first interns who can connect with restaurant owners, demonstrate BlinkRest and help grow our restaurant network across Jaipur.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit restaurants, cafés, QSRs and cloud kitchens across Jaipur to introduce BlinkRest.
- Connect with restaurant owners and decision-makers, explain the product and conduct demos.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to research prospects, prepare personalized pitches and improve sales communication.
- Generate leads, follow up with interested businesses and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate restaurant demos, trials and onboarding.
- Maintain lead lists, follow-ups and sales updates in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Collect feedback from restaurant owners and share insights with the founding team.
- Meet agreed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Stipend & Incentives

- Performance-based stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month, based on clearly communicated performance criteria.
- Sales incentive: ₹500 for every eligible restaurant successfully onboarded.
- An onboarding qualifies for the incentive once the restaurant’s onboarding is completed and the required minimum payment has been received and verified.
- Travel reimbursement: Approved business travel will be reimbursed according to the company’s written travel policy.



The proposed rate is ₹4/km, subject to approval and trip records.
- Incentives and reimbursement are separate from the stipend.

The exact stipend criteria, payment schedule and incentive eligibility will be shared during selection.

Who Can Apply?

- College students, freshers and candidates interested in sales, startups, business development or AI.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable meeting and speaking with business owners.
- Willingness to travel locally across Jaipur for restaurant visits.
- Basic smartphone, spreadsheet and internet skills.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate can travel independently.

Bonus: Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI prompting, lead generation, telecalling or sales.

AI-First Work Setting

We encourage applicants to use AI to work smarter, including researching prospects, drafting pitches, preparing follow-ups and organizing leads.

Applicants may use free AI tools, their existing subscriptions or manual alternatives. BlinkRest does not require applicants to purchase paid AI subscriptions, Apollo.io seats, API credits or other paid software.

Work Arrangement

- Field-based role across Jaipur.
- No daily office attendance required.
- Regular updates and coordination with the BlinkRest team.
- Three-month internship with performance-based compensation.
