Role Overview - The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the overall restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, seamless party and event management, effective resolution of guest concerns, consistent service quality, and successful execution of sales initiatives. The role requires a guest-centric approach, strong coordination skills, and the ability to drive service excellence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities -

- Build and maintain robust guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- Manage party bookings, celebrations, and events from inquiry to successful execution.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations promptly, ensuring effective resolution.
- Monitor service quality, staff grooming, table readiness, and adherence to service standards.




- Conduct regular floor rounds to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest experience.
- Drive sales execution through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of restaurant revenue targets.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Gather guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
- Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions to maintain service excellence.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
