- End-to-End Procurement: Source PVC additives including Lead/Calcium-Zinc stabilizers, chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), acrylic processing aids, titanium dioxide (TiO₂), and various plasticizers (DOP, DOTP).
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard global and domestic chemical manufacturers and distributors.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends, raw material indices, and currency fluctuations to negotiate competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Material Planning: Collaborate with Production and Planning teams to ensure zero production downtime through optimum inventory levels.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee international freight, customs clearance, and domestic logistics for hazardous/non-hazardous chemical shipments.
- Risk Mitigation: Develop alternative sourcing strategies to eliminate single-vendor dependencies and supply chain bottlenecks.
