ACE FIDENTIAL HEALTHTECH SERVICES, a US Healthcare RCM company based in Dwarka, New Delhi, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team.
Candidates with an MBA in HR and a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply. Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate joining formalities and support the onboarding process.
- Achieve assigned hiring targets within the specified timelines.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal teams.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of recruitment experience; freshers with an MBA in HR are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Candidates residing near Dwarka, New Delhi, will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
