Job Description – Sales Executive (Gym)

Designation: Sales Executive
Location: Pune
Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably fitness/wellness industry
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Promote gym memberships, personal training packages, and wellness programs to prospective clients.
- Conduct tours of the facility and explain benefits of services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for memberships and packages.
- Maintain robust client relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
- Record and track leads, conversions, and customer feedback in CRM.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-centric approach with ability to understand fitness needs.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of fitness/wellness industry preferred.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
