Job Description

Tringit is looking for skilled and motivated technicians across multiple levels (L1–L5) for AC servicing, electrical work, and plumbing services.

We are seeking candidates with technical knowledge, practical problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Depending on their experience and skills, selected candidates will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and handling service assignments.

Both freshers and experienced technicians are encouraged to apply. Candidates will be assigned appropriate levels based on their qualifications, technical skills, experience, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in the relevant technical field.

- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Carry out assigned service jobs safely, efficiently, and within scheduled timelines.

- Inspect equipment, identify faults, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

- Prepare and maintain tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials required for service jobs.

- Follow company safety standards, technical procedures, and quality guidelines.

- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at customer locations.

- Communicate professionally with customers, understand their requirements, and explain service findings.

- Maintain accurate service records, report job completion, and document materials used.

- Coordinate with the operations team regarding job schedules, service requirements, and technical issues.

- Identify additional maintenance requirements and report them to the appropriate team.





- Support junior technicians and apprentices with technical guidance when required.

- Handle complex troubleshooting, quality inspections, and mentoring responsibilities based on assigned level.

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI, Diploma, Vocational Training, or relevant technical certification.

- Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant technical skills may apply.

- Knowledge and practical skills in at least one of the following fields: AC servicing, electrical work, or plumbing.

- Ability to identify technical faults and perform troubleshooting and repairs, appropriate to experience level.

- Willingness to travel to customer locations and perform field service work.

- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

- Commitment to punctuality, workplace safety, professionalism, and quality service.

- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and service procedures.

- Two-wheeler driving license is required.
