Job Title: Dental Assistant and Receptionist – Immediate Joiner Preferred

Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Work Mode : In-person (RS Puram)

Mon-Sat : 10 AM to 2 PM, 5 PM to 8 PM

We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and patient-friendly Dental Assistant Receptionist to join our reputed dental clinic at RS Puram, Coimbatore.

This role requires an individual who can effectively support dental procedures, manage reception activities, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of instruments and equipment.

Experience Preferred, but Freshers with interest to learn are welcome

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures and treatments.

Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment area and overall clinic.

Welcome and guide patients with warmth and professionalism.

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments effectively.

Handle patient records,



billing, and basic administrative tasks.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.

Monitor and maintain stock levels of dental supplies.

Support the smooth functioning of daily clinic operations.

Qualifications:

10th / 12th / Any Degree (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude.

Location Requirement:

Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to RS Puram Coimbatore before starting work.
