- assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, muscle strength, and functional limitations.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on medical conditions and physician referrals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
- Assist patients in post-operative rehabilitation and recovery from injuries.
- Provide physiotherapy care for patients with neurological, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture correction, mobility, and home-based rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans according to clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient assessment records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Follow hospital policies, infection prevention practices, and patient safety protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and safety of physiotherapy equipment.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital rules and qualified ethics.
