Department: Electrical Maintenance - Plastic Moulding

Unit Name / Location: Kusauto India Private Limited, Chennai.

Job Description:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of shop-floor electrical equipment and production machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, MCC panels, PLC systems, VFDs, sensors, relays, contactors, and circuit breakers.
- Attend electrical breakdowns promptly and minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain electrical systems, wiring, cable trays, lighting, and power distribution panels.
- Inspect and maintain electrical motors, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and other production equipment.
- Support PLC-based automation systems and identify electrical control circuit faults.
- Carry out routine inspections of electrical panels, connections, earthing, and safety devices.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.




- Follow electrical safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work requirements, and PPE usage.
- Identify recurring electrical failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain electrical spare parts inventory and ensure proper use of tools and testing instruments.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety standards, 5S, and applicable electrical safety regulations.
- Prepare breakdown reports, maintenance checklists, and daily maintenance activity reports.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma (EEE) / B E (EEE) required
- 2–3 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance within the plastic Moulding Industry

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
