- 6–12 years of experience in tendering roles within the EPC sector with mandatory hands-on experience in Solar and/or Transmission EPC projects.
- Strong experience in tender costing, BOQ-based pricing and preparation of financial bid documentation.Prepare detailed cost estimates, price schedules, BOQ-based costing and financial documentation required for tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness of bid pricing.
- Drive tender participation activities — tracking tender notifications and EOIs on e-procurement platforms, assessing eligibility and qualification criteria, and coordinating preparation of techno-commercial and financial bid documents.
- Manage active bid processes including EMD/bid security arrangement, submission of bank guarantees/insurance surety bonds, compliance with qualifying requirements,
and complete and timely tender submission.
- Coordinate with engineering, project execution, finance and legal teams to compile technical specifications, qualifying data and commercial terms for bid submissions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Based full-time at the Hyderabad office, with occasional travel for vendor and project coordination as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
