Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler with 3+ years of relevant experience in Mechanical/MEP BIM modeling. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP, along with a good understanding of mechanical building services and BIM workflows.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D mechanical models, preparing drawings, coordinating with other disciplines, and supporting BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed Mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Prepare mechanical layouts, shop drawings, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Model HVAC, chilled water, ducting, piping, and other mechanical services as per project requirements.
- Coordinate mechanical models with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.
- Perform model checking and identify clashes or coordination issues.
- Participate in BIM coordination and resolve modeling-related issues.
- Follow BIM standards, project-specific modeling guidelines, and LOD requirements.
- Extract drawings, schedules, quantities, and other required information from BIM models.
- Incorporate design changes and maintain model accuracy throughout the project.




- Work closely with BIM Engineers, Coordinators, Designers, and Project Managers to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of BIM deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, MEP, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler / MEP BIM Modeler.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Good understanding of HVAC and mechanical services.
- Knowledge of ducting, piping, equipment, and mechanical system layouts.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and multidisciplinary modeling.
- Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical/MEP drawings.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on commercial, residential, hospital, industrial, or other large-scale MEP projects.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and project documentation.
- Experience with AutoCAD along with Revit MEP.
- Familiarity with Navisworks Manage and BIM 360/ACC is an added advantage.
