Hiring: CDP & DCDP – Asian / Wok Cuisine

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Asian, Chinese, and wok-based dishes as per the restaurant's standards.
- Handle wok cooking techniques, stir-frying, and preparation of Asian sauces.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Manage daily mise en place and ensure all ingredients are fresh and ready for service.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock, minimize food wastage, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- For CDP candidates, manage the assigned kitchen section and guide junior chefs.
- For DCDP candidates,



assist the CDP in daily kitchen operations and preparation.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Asian, Chinese, or wok cuisine is essential.
- Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or premium dining establishment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Asian ingredients, sauces, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Candidates with relevant wok station experience will be preferred.
