Marketing Control Officer

1. Job Purpose

To monitor, coordinate, and control marketing activities, verify employee performance, ensure completion of assigned tasks, and maintain proper marketing reports according to company rules and regulations.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

- Monitor and control daily marketing activities.
- Check marketing employees' attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Assign and follow up on marketing tasks as instructed by the Department Head.
- Verify daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
- Monitor the progress of advertisements, social media promotions, and other marketing activities.
- Check whether marketing employees complete their assigned work within the given time.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Head and other departments.
- Identify incomplete work, errors, and performance issues and report them to the Department Head.
- Maintain records of marketing activities, employee performance, and task completion.




- Ensure that marketing activities follow company policies and procedures.
- Monitor customer enquiries generated through marketing activities and coordinate with the concerned sections.
- Submit daily closing reports and weekly and monthly performance reports.

3. Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of marketing and digital marketing.
- Reporting and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to monitor employees and follow up on assigned tasks.

4. Qualification and Experience

- Qualification: Bachelor’s /Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years in marketing, coordination, supervision, or a similar role preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
