*ANALYTICAL CHEMIST*

Sri Shakthi Food Testing Laboratory LLP is a food analysis and quality assurance laboratory dedicated to supporting food safety, regulatory compliance, and product integrity. Based in Coimbatore, the laboratory focuses on providing reliable analytical testing services to food manufacturers, processors, and related industries. Role Description
The Analytical Chemist will perform day-to-day food sample analysis using established chemical and instrumental methods to assess quality, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities include preparing samples, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, recording and interpreting test results, and documenting findings in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore, requiring adherence to laboratory safety procedures and consistent collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.

Qualifications





Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills and be comfortable working with standard laboratory procedures in a food testing workplace.

Candidates should demonstrate solid analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and attention to detail in evaluating test results.

Candidates should have experience in the relevant field (Food Testing Laboratory), including adherence to protocols, documentation standards, and regulatory or accreditation requirements.

Candidates should be proficient in handling and maintaining laboratory equipment (HPLC, ICP-OES, GC....) relevant to food analysis and chemical testing.

Knowledge of food safety standards and guidelines (such as FSSAI or equivalent) is beneficial.

Ability to work safely, follow SOPs, manage multiple tests, and communicate clearly with team members and management.

*Educational Qualification: B.Tech Food Technology (Or) M.Sc (Chemistry)*
