Job Summary:
Seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Banking domain expertise and hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with banking processes and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
- Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs.
- Translate requirements into Salesforce functional specifications.
- Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, SIT/UAT, and defect management.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and business teams.
- Analyze and improve banking processes including customer onboarding, lending, servicing, and CRM operations.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 3+ years of Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) experience.
- Solid expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and UAT.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.
