We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee training, payroll processing, and HR performance metrics. The ideal candidate will ensure that our workforce is well-trained, engaged, and compensated accurately while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to optimize HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Oversee smooth onboarding processes for new hires.

Training & Development:

- Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
- Coordinate employee development initiatives and workshops.
- Track training effectiveness and employee progress.

Performance Monitoring:

- Define and track HR KPIs and KRIs.
- Analyze employee performance and engagement trends.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights.

Requirements:

- Ladies candidates only.
- Experience in food and hospitality industry would be an advantage.




- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, training, and payroll.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
