ABOUT THE BRAND
Pitlum is a sustainable clothing retail brand focused on clothing, handloom, craft and conscious living. We operate a single retail store serving a niche customer base.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Welcome and assist customers in the store. - Explain product details, fabrics, craftsmanship and brand stories. - Help customers select products and complete purchases. - Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships. - Maintain store displays, cleanliness and stock arrangement. - Handle billing and basic retail operations.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS - Experience: Candidates with 1 year or more of retail experience are preferred. Freshers may also apply. - Languages: Fluency in Hindi, English and Marathi. - Good communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
- Solid customer-handling skills. - Ability to explain products clearly and effectively. - Punctual, responsible and presentable. - Interest in clothing, handloom, craft and sustainable fashion.
WORKING CONDITIONS -
Working hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM - Weekly off: 1 day - Annual leave: 30 paid leaves - Uniform: Compulsory
