Key Responsibilities

- Branch Operations: Manage day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the branch to ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination.
- Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, train, and motivate immigration counsellors, telecallers, sales executives, and documentation staff.
- Business Development & Sales: Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and annual revenue, sales, and client registration targets.
- Client Consultation & Escalations: Handle complex or high-value client consultations (PR, study permits, work visas) and resolve escalated service complaints.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all visa files and immigration services strictly follow legal regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Financial Management: Monitor branch collections, expenses, budgets, and profitability, while submitting regular performance reports to upper management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
