About Maa Nest

Maa Nest is an app-based home-care platform connecting families with verified professionals for childcare, elder care, and physiotherapy at home.

We are expanding our presence across East Bengaluru and are looking for a proactive freelance professional to help us establish relationships with gated communities, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), apartment management committees, and community representatives.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Community Outreach & Partnerships Executive, you will represent Maa Nest and help introduce our services to residential communities across Whitefield, Hoodi, Varthur, and the Panathur area.

Your primary responsibility is to identify suitable gated communities, contact their management teams, arrange meetings, present Maa Nest's services, and establish potential community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and build a database of 30–55 relevant gated communities across the assigned areas.
- Research contact details for RWA representatives, association presidents, secretaries, and facility managers.
- Contact community representatives through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits.
- Arrange meetings with RWAs, Management Committees (MCs), and apartment association representatives.
- Represent Maa Nest in outreach meetings and introduce our childcare, elder care, and physiotherapy services.




- Explain how residents can discover and book care professionals through the Maa Nest app.
- Explore approved promotional opportunities through resident groups, notice boards, community events, and announcements.
- Maintain a tracker of communities contacted, meeting dates, outcomes, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested associations and help develop community partnerships.
- Submit weekly progress reports and recommendations to the Maa Nest team.

Initial outreach will focus on:

- Prestige Shantiniketan
- Prestige Lakeside Habitat
- Brigade Cosmopolis
- Sobha Dream Acres
- Folium by Sumadhura
- Sumadhura Capitol Residences
- Brigade Cornerstone Utopia
- Salarpuria Sattva Greenage and nearby East Bengaluru communities
- Other large Prestige communities in Whitefield
- Large Sobha, Sumadhura, and Brigade communities around Hoodi–Whitefield

Additional communities across Varthur and the Panathur area will be included. Access and meetings are subject to community approval.

Four-Week Performance Targets

- Week 1: Identify and contact 30 communities and build a verified contact database.
- Week 2: Arrange and facilitate 8–10 RWA/MC meetings.
- Week 3: Arrange and facilitate another 8–10 meetings and follow up with interested communities.
- Week 4:



Complete remaining meetings, follow-ups, and partnership opportunity reports.

The overall target is to build an outreach pipeline covering 30 or more communities and work towards approximately 20–30 RWA/MC meetings over four weeks, depending on community availability.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience in field sales, business development, community outreach, partnerships, or marketing is preferred.
- Experience engaging with gated communities, RWAs, apartment associations, or facility managers is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making calls, conducting field visits, and arranging face-to-face meetings.
- Ability to travel independently across Whitefield, Hoodi, Varthur, and Panathur.
- Organised, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working towards measurable targets.
- Basic proficiency in WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
- English and Kannada proficiency preferred; Hindi is an advantage.
