About the Role

The role involves supporting ESG and sustainability projects, including data management, reporting, risk assessment and strategic disclosures, along with training initiatives. Responsibilities include ESG research, consulting engagements, audits, programme planning, report preparation, questionnaire design, Environmental Impact Assessment and compliance coordination while working with clients, stakeholders and internal teams across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead ESG Research, Analytics & Disclosures.

· Design ESG data frameworks based on standards and best practices (BRSR, GRI, TCFD and CDP)

· Maintain ESG dashboards & trackers.

· Drive sustainability initiatives & roadmap (carbon, energy, DEI, supply chain, waste, social projects).

· Lead risk assessment, governance and internal controls.

· Manage audits, certifications and external stakeholders.

· Present ESG performance to leadership and board.

· ESG data collection, validation, analysis, reporting & documentation.

· Coordinate with internal teams for compliance information.

· Develop ESG training & internal capability.

Key Competencies (Soft Skills):

· Solid domain knowledge in Sustainability, ESG frameworks, regulatory requirements and data strategy.

· Solid foundation in ESG, Sustainability and Safety principles





· Expertise in ESG reporting, sustainability metrics, research, data analysis and interpretation.

· Strong audit, survey, project management and training capabilities

· Strategic thinking, stakeholder management & leadership

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Google Workspace, data analysis & reporting tools

· Familiarity with Google Meet

· Excellent client relationship management with a professional, presentable and client-facing approach.

· Strong project planning, coordination and execution abilities.

Education:

· Engineering / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Data Science / Data Analytics / Sustainability & Risk Management / Environmental Studies preferred

· ESG certifications preferred (GRI, CFA ESG, SASB and ISO).

· Convent schooling (mandatory)

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
