Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Event Manager to plan, organize, and execute events professionally. The ideal candidate should have expertise in event planning, vendor management, budgeting, sponsorships, and on-ground event execution. Candidates with experience in corporate events, media events, political events, conferences, and brand promotions will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, seminars, award ceremonies, and promotional events.
- Manage end-to-end event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, sponsors, vendors, venues, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare event budgets, quotations, schedules, and execution plans.
- Manage stage setup, sound, lighting, decoration, branding, and logistics.
- Identify sponsorship opportunities and develop partnerships with brands and corporate organizations.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams for event promotions.
- Supervise event staff and ensure smooth on-ground operations.
- Handle unexpected challenges and last-minute changes efficiently.
- Ensure events are completed within the approved budget and timeline.




- Prepare post-event reports and evaluate overall performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in event management.
- Strong experience in organizing and managing events independently.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Good vendor management, negotiation, and budgeting abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event planning tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in corporate events, political events, media events, conferences, and award shows.
- Strong qualified network of vendors and event service providers.
- Experience in sponsorship management and brand promotions.
- Ability to manage large-scale events and lead teams effectively.
