- Prepare and monitor project schedules, construction plans, and work programs.
- Develop baseline schedules, track progress, and identify delays using MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, and MEP departments.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and project milestones.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct critical path analysis and implement recovery plans to meet project deadlines.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and construction sequences to ensure timely execution.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Preferred Experience: Hospital, commercial, or multi-storey building construction projects.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
