WE’RE HIRING — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Thakkol Design Studio is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our construction, renovation, and interior design business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to generate business and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new opportunities in residential construction, renovation, and interiors.
- Build relationships with clients, architects, real estate professionals, and referral partners.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to contract closure.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate proposals with design and project teams.
- Lead client presentations, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
- Guide the business development team and monitor lead follow-ups.
- Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or interiors.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
