Key Responsibilities
✅ Operate and monitor moulding machines during production.
✅ Handle machine start-up, shutdown and routine operating checks.
✅ Maintain product quality and minimise rejection and material wastage.
✅ Monitor production output and report machine-related issues.
✅ Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff when required.
✅ Maintain shop-floor cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience operator operating blow moulding and having knowledge of deflashing and parison programming preferred.
- Basic understanding of plastic materials, moulds and production processes.
- Ability to identify defects and maintain consistent product quality.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to work in shifts.
