About the Role:

Rajlaxmi Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, generating current leads, building corporate relationships, and expanding our client base across targeted service sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and reach out to prospective clients via cold calling, emails, networking, and meetings.
- Client Pitching & Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations of our services/solutions to potential clients, addressing their business needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with newly acquired and existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.




- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial contact and negotiation to final contract closure.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 2.5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (freshers with strong communication and a drive for sales are welcome).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local languages).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-driven mindset with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Age Limit: 20to 30years.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
