About the Role
Join a premium furniture and home décor brand as a Retail Sales Executive in their showroom team. You will welcome customers, recommend products and drive sales while giving an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage showroom visitors and understand their needs
- Explain the brand's furniture, décor and lifestyle products (design, materials, finishes)
- Give personalized product recommendations based on space and budget
- Handle walk-ins, enquiries, leads and follow-ups to achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers, interior designers and architects
- Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure and delivery




- Update customer and sales details in the CRM
- Coordinate with design, production, merchandising and logistics teams
- Maintain showroom display as per brand standards

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (Interior Design, Fashion, Retail or Hospitality background is an advantage)
- 2-4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in premium furniture, home décor, interiors or luxury retail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with CRM and basic computer applications
- Presentable, confident and professional with premium clients
