We are looking for a responsible and organized Inventory In-Charge to oversee stock management and inventory operations at our factory. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring material movement, conducting stock verification, and ensuring proper inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Record and verify incoming and outgoing materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain stock registers, inventory reports, and related documentation.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and organization of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, or damaged items.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, warehouse,
and dispatch teams as required.
- Ensure inventory records are updated accurately and on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory management, stock handling, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Valuable organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments and manage inventory systematically.
