Field Engineer (FE)

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE TELECOM INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

- Qualification: Diploma required; B.Tech preferred
- Experience: 2–5 years in the telecom industry
- Salary: ₹25,000–₹27,000 CTC per month
- Certification: FARM / TOCLI certificate mandatory
- Work Location: Field / Project Locations

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, and maintain BTS/RAN equipment and microwave transmission systems.
- Supervise antenna installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning.
- Guide technicians and riggers during tower installation activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with project teams.
- Prepare site reports and installation documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety and quality standards.
