Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Customer Account Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into customers, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate sales by following up on leads and converting prospects into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and processes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification:



12th pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling customer calls, negotiations, and sales conversations.
- Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Good organisational skills and a customer-focused approach.
