About the Role
We are hiring a confident and motivated Admission Counsellor. Your main work will be talking to scholars, answering their questions about the higher education and guiding them through the admission process.
Note: This is not a target-based job. Your focus will be on giving honest guidance and helping students.
What You Will Do
- Call and speak with interested candidates to explain our courses and career options.
- Answer questions via phone.
- Follow up with prospective students to help them complete their enrollment.
- Be a warm, supportive, and helpful face for Grow Education.
Who Can Apply?
- Education:
Minimum 12th pass (graduates are also welcome!).
- Skills: Highly motivated, confident, and a great communicator who enjoys talking to people.
- Experience: Experience in counselling or tele-calling is a plus, but freshers with valuable speaking skills and high confidence are welcome to apply!
