About the Role

TrafficMedi is looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, and achieving business goals through paid marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective spending.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
- Monitor key metrics such as leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Work with the creative and content teams to develop effective advertisements.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign results.




- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and advertising platform changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Google Ads or Meta advertising certifications.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
