- Operate the sheet metal laser cutting machine as per production requirements and approved engineering drawings.
- Use SIPCUT software to prepare, import, check, and execute laser cutting programs and nesting layouts.
- Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings, dimensions, material specifications, and cutting layouts.
- Perform nesting of sheet metal parts to ensure optimum material utilization and minimum scrap generation.
- Verify material grade, thickness, sheet size, and quantity before starting the cutting process.
- Set and adjust laser cutting parameters, including cutting speed, laser power, gas pressure, focus position, and nozzle selection, as applicable to the machine.
- Load and unload MS, SS, and other approved metal sheets safely using appropriate material-handling equipment.
- Check the cutting program, material positioning, and machine settings before starting production.




- Monitor the laser cutting process and identify cutting defects, burrs, incomplete cuts, dimensional variations, and other abnormalities.
- Inspect first-piece samples and verify part dimensions against engineering drawings using Vernier Calipers, measuring tapes, and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure accurate cutting, consistent quality, and achievement of daily production targets.
- Identify basic machine or cutting-process issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and technical problems.
- Maintain daily production records, material consumption, scrap, rejection, and machine downtime

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
