Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment within the hospital premises. Ensure uninterrupted power supply, electrical safety, and the smooth functioning of critical hospital facilities, including patient care areas, operation theatres, laboratories, and other essential departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems, wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, and distribution boards.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and attend to breakdowns promptly to minimize disruption to hospital operations.
- Maintain and monitor DG sets, UPS systems, inverters, batteries, and emergency power supply systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems in operation theatres, ICUs, wards, laboratories, and other critical areas.
- Monitor electrical panels, circuit breakers, earthing systems, and related equipment.
- Assist in maintaining transformers, motors, pumps, and other electrically operated equipment.




- Respond promptly to electrical complaints and maintenance requests from hospital departments.
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain records of inspections, repairs, and breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and hospital safety procedures.
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment while carrying out electrical work.
- Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Support emergency response activities related to power failures and electrical hazards.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Experience

· ITI in Electrical / Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.

· Experience in a hospital, healthcare facility large commercial building is preferred.

· Knowledge of emergency power systems and electrical troubleshooting is desirable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
