Are you a results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for business growth? We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate quality leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Guru, and other online platforms.
- Identify and connect with potential clients through various lead-generation channels.
- Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
- Write and submit proposals on freelancing platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business development targets.




- Maintain lead databases and track follow-ups regularly.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with lead-generation tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, or similar platforms.
- Valuable negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
- A proactive attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
