Job Description – Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Department: Accounts & Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist with billing, taxation, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, and vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare payment statements, expense reports, and outstanding reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and invoices.
- Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, receipts, and other financial documents.




- Ensure accuracy of accounting data and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
