Position: Dispatch, Purchase & Inventory Coordinator – Medical Line

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per month
Industry: Healthcare / Medical Equipment / Dialysis Operations

Job Responsibilities

1. Dispatch & Logistics Management

- Handle dispatch of medical equipment, dialysis consumables, and other healthcare materials.
- Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely delivery to hospitals, dialysis centres, and other locations.
- Maintain dispatch registers, delivery challans, invoices, and proof of delivery.

2. Inward & Outward Management

- Manage inward and outward entries for medical supplies, equipment, and consumables.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain proper documentation for material transfers between warehouses and dialysis centres.

3. Purchase Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for medical equipment, dialysis consumables, and other required materials.
- Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and pending supplies.
- Maintain purchase records and vendor details.

4. Stock & Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate stock records of medical equipment, dialysis consumables, and other healthcare supplies.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.




- Track expiry dates and batch numbers of applicable medical consumables.

5. MS Excel & Data Analysis

- Maintain daily stock, dispatch, purchase, and inward/outward data in MS Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze stock consumption, material movement, pending orders, and inventory requirements.
- Prepare reports for management review.

6. Stock Audit & Documentation

- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate records of medical materials issued to and received from dialysis centres.
- Maintain proper documentation for internal audits and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; supply chain, logistics, or inventory management qualifications preferred.
- Relevant experience in the medical, healthcare, hospital, or dialysis industry preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, filters, PivotTables, and MIS reporting.
- Experience in dispatch, purchase coordination, transport management, and stock auditing.
- Positive communication, coordination, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
