Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our Infrastructure (Infra) team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows and Linux operating systems. Candidates must be willing to learn, adapt, and work in flexible shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic computer hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support basic networking activities, including LAN connectivity and network troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve basic hardware and software-related issues.
- Assist with system setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to employees as required.
- Assist with Windows and Linux operating system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the Infra team to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Follow company IT policies and security procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems is a core prerequisite.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts as per business requirements.
