We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-oriented Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our team and connect with students interested in pursuing higher education abroad.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries received through our website and marketing campaigns.
- Handle incoming calls and provide basic information about study-abroad opportunities and our services.
- Understand students’ interests, preferred countries, academic backgrounds, and study plans.
- Explain our overseas education consultancy services and encourage students to book counselling sessions.
- Schedule appointments between prospective students and education counsellors.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and student details.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and work towards targets.
- Interest in the education and study-abroad industry.
- Must be Graduate

Experience: Freshers are welcome. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or education consultancy will be an advantage.
