Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Should be from refrigeration background having experience of in the field of water chillers, ice machines, compressors, condensers, etc.

Characteristics: Should be a self-driven & target-oriented individual.

Responsibilities:

1. After Sales Service.

 Provide the service for breakdown, preventive maintenance at the customer site.

 Taking regular feedback regarding performance of the machine and maintaining cordial relationship with existing customers.

 Should be able to travel across locations depending on the requirements of the customer.  Should have a vehicle for local travel.

2. Technical Expertise:

 Should possess sound knowledge of refrigeration products including Ice Machines,



Water Chillers, Condensers, Compressors, etc.

 Should be positive at copper & silver brazing.

3. Customer Service and Support:

 Will act as a primary point of contact for customers. Should collaborate with the technical support team to address any service-related concerns.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

 Prepare service report on the completion of the job.

 Taking customer feedback & submitting other documents, as & when desired.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
