Key Responsibilities

- Operate conventional lathe machines to manufacture and finish mechanical components.
- Perform turning, facing, drilling, boring, threading, and other machining operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, measurements, and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.
- Measure components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain required quality standards.

Educational Qualifications

- ITI in Turner / Machinist or a relevant technical trade.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on machining experience may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of conventional lathe machine operations.Experience
- 1–3 years of experience operating conventional lathe machines is preferred.
