Alencure Biotech is looking for a skilled Granulation Operator to operate and monitor granulation equipment during pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring product quality and compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate granulation equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), and related machinery.
- Perform wet and dry granulation activities as per approved batch manufacturing records (BMR).
- Monitor critical process parameters, including mixing time, binder addition, temperature, and drying conditions.
- Ensure proper equipment cleaning, line clearance, and status labeling.
- Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Maintain batch records and equipment usage logs accurately.
- Report process deviations, equipment breakdowns,



and quality issues to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering teams for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant qualification; pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of granulation processes and pharmaceutical production equipment.
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and batch documentation.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
