Spartan Kitchen, part of the premium Spartan Fitness wellness ecosystem, is seeking a skilled Kitchen Executive to oversee daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen operations, coordinating food preparation and service to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality output.
- Monitor inventory, ingredient availability, portion control, and food wastage.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, service teams,
and management to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in professional kitchen operations.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and team-coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
