Social Media Manager

Job Title: Social Media Manager

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to manage and grow the company's social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, monitoring campaign performance, and improving brand awareness and audience engagement across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, knowledge of digital marketing trends, and the ability to develop effective social media campaigns that support business objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content consistently across platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

B. Content Creation and Planning

- Create engaging posts, captions, stories, reels, and other social media content.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
- Write compelling captions and promotional content tailored to the target audience.
- Identify creative opportunities to improve audience reach and engagement.

C. Audience Engagement and Community Management

- Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, and customer interactions.
- Respond to audience queries professionally and promptly.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with online communities.
- Encourage audience participation through interactive content and campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to management.

D. Campaign Management and Brand Promotion

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and business initiatives.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to increase followers, website traffic, leads, and customer enquiries.
- Assist in managing paid social media campaigns, where required.

E. Analytics and Performance Reporting

- Track key performance indicators, including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.
- Analyse social media campaign performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Identify high-performing content and optimise future campaigns accordingly.
- Monitor return on investment for paid campaigns, where applicable.

F. Trend Monitoring and Strategy Improvement

- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing practices.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities for improving brand visibility.
- Experiment with suitable content formats and engagement strategies.
- Continuously improve social media performance based on analytics and audience feedback.

3. Qualifications and Experience





- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar social media management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms.
- Practical knowledge of content planning, social media campaigns, and audience engagement.
- Experience with social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.

4. Required Skills

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Creativity and content development expertise.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
- Basic graphic design and short-form video content coordination skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Performance may be evaluated based on:

- Growth in followers and audience reach.
- Improvement in engagement rates.
- Consistency and quality of published content.
- Lead generation and campaign performance.
- Timely execution of social media campaigns.
- Improvement in brand visibility and online engagement.

6. Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be creative, digitally savvy, and capable of independently managing social media accounts from strategy development to performance analysis. Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, audience growth, and engaging content will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
