About the Role

DAR Jewellery is looking for a customer-focused and proactive CRM Executive to strengthen customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and encourage repeat visits and purchases. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a qualified approach, and the ability to maintain customer records and coordinate customer follow-ups effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Inform customers about new jewellery collections, product launches, festive offers, and special promotions.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with showroom sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, appointments, and enquiries.
- Identify opportunities to reconnect with inactive customers and increase customer engagement.
- Support customer birthday, anniversary,



and special occasion communication.
- Ensure customer information is handled confidentially and maintained accurately.

Requirements

- Any degree or relevant qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in CRM, customer relations, customer service, or retail operations.
- Experience in jewellery, retail, or luxury customer service will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, customer databases, and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
- Professional behaviour and a presentable appearance.
