Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Property Caretaker to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and smooth functioning of our properties. The candidate will ensure property cleanliness, guest satisfaction, security, and timely resolution of maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily property maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance staff, and vendors.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and basic queries, wherever required.
- Monitor property facilities, furniture, equipment, and inventory.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and repair requirements promptly.
- Ensure property security and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain records of expenses, maintenance activities, and property-related issues.
- Coordinate with the central operations team for smooth property management.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or 12th pass.




- Previous experience in property management, hotel operations, or housekeeping will be preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and capable of handling daily operational tasks independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per operational requirements.
