ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Data Analyst to bring all of our organisational data into one structured system and turn it into clear reporting across centres. You will build the dashboards and projections that leadership and centre heads rely on to make decisions. This is a high-impact, new role with direct visibility to senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and maintain a single, structured data system for the organisation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across centres
- Operations reporting: month-on-month active resident sheet, occupancy, revenue by vertical, ageing, retention and churn, ARPU, staff duty and deployment, and escalation and emergency reports
- Sales reporting: lead tracking, source-wise leads, conversion, drop-off and the sales funnel, plus CRM data and reporting
- Quality and experience reporting: NPS, CSAT and resident feedback trends
- Create vertical-wise projections and regular dashboards for leadership and centre heads
- Highlight trends, risks and opportunities with clear, actionable insights

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Graduate in Statistics,



Mathematics, Engineering, Commerce, Business Analytics or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, MIS or business reporting
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, formulas); strong working knowledge of SQL
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar tools
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and clear communication of insights
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting cycles

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality or multi-location operations
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic Python or automation tools
